Biography

Ali Sulaiman earned his undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering in 2012 and his Ph.D. in Space Physics in 2016 at Imperial College London. He worked at the University of Iowa for several years before joining the faculty in the School of Physics and Astronomy at the University of Minnesota in 2022. Prof. Sulaiman’s research program is built on his involvement in past, present, and future outer planet missions, namely, Cassini-Huygens at Saturn, Juno at Jupiter, and Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer due to orbit Jupiter in 2031.
